Flower Boy

Flower boy is a very beautifully composed album that I hold near and dear to my heart. This album was completely different than any other album that Tyler has released previously. Not only does it show a huge shift in maturity but the production seems to only get better and better each album he releases. I like the fact that he did something different and released something more personal and calm. This is the album where he comes out to being bi. In the song 'Garden Shed' he explains that he has been hiding in the "garden shed" similar to hiding in the closet, and that he is attracted to men and that he has been hiding those feelings due to not feeling comfortable coming out, was doubting himself, etc. I feel like this album is also an album that Tyler holds close to his heart as well because it was a huge milestone for him. All of the songs on this album are great but some of my favorites are ' See You Again', 'November', Boredom', and 'Glitter.'
